When you book an appointment through our Bookly system, we collect the following data:

  • Phone number (if provided)

  • Selected date and service

These data are used exclusively for confirming, modifying, or canceling reservations and for internal record-keeping of appointments.

b) Data via the contact form

When you contact us through the contact page, we collect:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Messages You Send Us

The data you provide is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry.

c) Data for Newsletter (Mailchimp)

If you subscribe to our newsletter via the form on the website, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name.
The data is stored through Mailchimp for the purpose of sending informational and promotional messages related to Escape Art.
